PLEASE NOTE: All donations over $20 must be in the form of a check, money order, or through paypal. Please make sure to include your name and address with all donations. If you are donating over $100, state law also requires that you include your occupation, employer, and place of business.
ORGANIZATIONS OUTSIDE STATE OF MICHIGAN PLEASE NOTE: Contributions from out of state organizations not registered as a committee with the State of Michigan must be accompanied by a statement describing the date the contribution was made, the amount, the full name and address of each person or committee participating in the contribution and the occupation, employer and principal place of business for each person contributing $100.01 or more of the contribution. An officer of the contributing group or other contributing person must certify that the statement is true and correct.
